Value Learning offers a range of global competency based programs for individuals, schools, educators and industry.
Each of our programs offer Australians incredible opportunities to gain a greater understanding of their cultural values and to build the global skills needed for the world today.
We also manage and facilitate intercultural learning programs for Australia's federal and state agencies that offer young Australians an opportunity to explore other cultures, develop their skills, grow their networks and opportunities and to become global citizens. Participants gain a greater understanding of their cultural values, share in an exchange of ideas and learning with participants from another culture and further expand their knowledge of the skills needed to make an impact on issues that affect our world.
Program Management
Australia Indonesia Youth Exchange Program
Offered by the Australia-Indonesia Institute (AII) of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Value Learning manages and facilitates this exciting online and in-country program, with in person events in Australia and Indonesia, designed for young Australians and Indonesians to strengthen the bilateral ties between Australia and Indonesia.
Victoria Young Leaders
to India
The Victorian Department of Education offers this intensive online cultural immersion program that brings together Year 9 students in Australia and India. They build intercultural capability and community engagement skills as they work on social impact projects, applying STEM solutions to the Sustainable Development Goals.
GELS
Global Up Teen
The Victorian Department of Education Globally Engaged Learners Program (GELs) connects students with their peers across Victoria and Asia through Global Up Teen from the award winning AFS global competence certificate. Together they develop lifelong global "power skills" through online and live facilitated sessions

Educator Programs
Educators play a critical role in helping students develop their global skills and knowledge. Supporting the work of educators who are providing intercultural learning is a core component of our program offering. We provide tools and and resources to enable educators to provide transformative and engaging learning experiences for their students.
Global Competence
We support diverse groups and organisations for whom intercultural communication is a vital skill to the success of their performance and organisational success. The Value Learning team is experienced in helping organisations by identifying training needs, analysing and designing best interventions, and evaluating results.
